Every runner receive two one-to-one session with a coach in First month setting Goals and intentions and in the final month before race day to fine-tune their strategy, boost confidence, and troubleshoot any issues.

Depending on when your event falls between September and December, your schedule will be personalised:
🏃♀️ Half Marathon Runners - Start at least 12 weeks before race day. If you're joining us on June 1st, your earliest race date is September 1st.
🏃♂️ Marathon Runners Start at least 16 weeks before race day. With a June 1st start, the earliest eligible marathon is October 1st.
📆 If your race is later, we’ll begin with a Foundations Plan to build fitness, consistency, and resilience—so you're ready to hit your peak when training kicks in.
✅ If your race is earlier, we’ll support your recovery with a Maintenance Plan—and invite you to stick around to support others, just like they supported you on your big day.
Either way, you're still part of every call, every mindset session, and every moment of this powerful experience.
