👟 Andy – A 13 time marathoner, multi-day ultra runner and founder of Clean Break Coaching. Andy is alcohol-free, ADHD-positive, and passionate about helping others build lives they don’t need to escape from. His coaching combines structure with humanity—showing up, doing the work, and being kind to yourself.

👟 Rich – A lifelong runner and experienced coach with a calm, reassuring approach. Rich brings balance to the coaching team with his technical knowledge, strong listening skills, and belief that coaching is as much about who you are as how you run.
